Summary

  • add ArrowRelTableLayout with FLAT and CSR options
  • route CSR relationship tables through the pybind Arrow CSR registration path
  • add a simple ice-disk Parquet to Arrow memory example

Validation

  • python3 -m py_compile on touched Python files
  • uvx ruff check on touched Python files
